Phase I Closeout Underway

Currently, there are a number of fantastic view homesites still available from Phase I through July 15, 2007. Any current inventory still available on this date is planned to be removed from the market and re-priced based upon the installation of the infrastructure and the release of Phase II property in September. There are a number of great financial benefits available for those owners who participate prior to this date including pre-development pricing, priority for future releases and boat slips, and competitive homesite financing.

Phase II Release

Phase II at Arlington Place will include the first Riverfront homesites along the Neuse River, as well as the most dramatic view homesites along Mill Creek. The Phase II release will also contain large _+ acre homesites with lake front views. This release will be one of the last opportunities to purchase a large custom homesite (1/2 acre or larger) within Arlington Place. Many of the later releases will contain smaller, village style homesites along the Marina Basin.

The Phase II Release weekend is planned for September 21-22 at Arlington Place

Reservation Certificates will be $300 to hold a purchase position for the Grand Opening.

Arlington Place Property Owners will be able to purchase a Certificate starting on June 24, 2007, 2 weeks ahead of when the public can begin purchasing on July 2, 2007.

Pricing is planned to be from the $90’s up to $500’s for Riverfront homesites.

Incentives are planned to include a 5% purchase incentive on opening weekend, pre-purchase voucher for boat slip in AP Marina (when available), priority on boat slip purchase, opportunity to purchase from the limited number of Riverfront sites, and priority on future releases at Arlington Place.

The Broker Referral Certificate Fee for Phase II will be 3% of the closed homesite price.
