Beautiful new home located in the prestigious Currituck Club, the only private, gated, golf and tennis community in the Outer Banks featuring an 18-hole championship golf course designed by renowned golf architect Rees Jones. The Currituck Club Golf Course has been named one of the top 25 courses to play in North Carolina by Golf Digest. The Currituck Club is nestled between the Currituck Sound and the Atlantic Ocean and boasts private beach access and three community pools.
The new recreation center features everything you need when not at the beach; a health and fitness center, clubhouse, lighted tennis and basketball courts, and children's playground. On the grounds are a wonderful Italian restaurant, seafood market, Martini Bar, spa, as well as a beach and bike rental shop.
Going to the beach has never been easier with the Currituck Club trolley and beach Valet service. Just set your bag at the end of your driveway and the trolley will stop and pick you up. At the beach center you can get drinks, snacks, and lotion, the valet will carry your belongings onto the beach and set up your chairs and umbrella. Restrooms and showers are also available. The beaches of Corolla have been described as "one of the ten best undiscovered beaches on the East Coast" by USA WEEKEND.

My beautiful home, The Carolinian, has been professionally decorated and features custom painting and unique Caribbean influenced accents. Get ready for laid back, island time living! We have tried to think of everything to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. The Carolinian has all the amenities you need. Situated just 90 miles north of Miami, Jupiter could easily lay claim to being Florida's St. Tropez. Jupiter has all those things that you would expect to find in a South Florida coastal community, including great fishing, abundant golf and tennis, beautiful beaches, many parks, and various other recreational activities. But Jupiter also offers its residents some fairly refined pleasures and entertainment.
