Phase I Release

The Grand Opening weekend is planned for October 19, 20, and 21 at New Kent Vineyards, Va

Reservation Certificates will be $300 to hold a purchase position for the Grand Opening.
The General Public will be able to purchase Certificates starting July 15, 2007.

KHLC Property Owners will be able to purchase their Certificates at a special KHLC exclusive event on the Outer Banks June 24th.

Pricing is planned to be from $195,000 to the high $400,000s for core golf views.

Incentives are planned to include a 5% purchase incentive on opening weekend, golf membership incentive to join the Club at Viniterra, priority wine locker storage at the New Kent Vineyards Winery Barrel Room, Priority in all future releases including golf villas, and competitive financing through Bank of America and BB&T

The Broker Referral Certificate Fee for the Grand Opening will be 2% of the closed homesite price.
